Hank Yost
Hank grew up in a family business where he gained the work ethic necessary to help start a business and make it thrive. He took those experiences, along with a BA in Chemistry from Indiana University, and parlayed them into a successful consulting career that has spanned more than 3 decades. During that time, Hank learned that one of the best investments a business can make is hiring the right people.
Accolades include being chosen as the State of Tennessee’s psychometrics expert for 6 years assigned to both evaluate and coach Principals (in training) statewide, impacting more than 1,000 future leaders, serving on a committee for Indeed as a Super User to improve the experience for employers, and being a requested speaker on recruitment and hiring strategies. When Hank isn’t busy helping clients gain more top talent, he’s cycling, hiking, or flying family and friends to new destinations.
