Hank grew up in a family business where he gained the work ethic necessary to help start a business and make it thrive. He took those experiences, along with a BA in Chemistry from Indiana University, and parlayed them into a successful consulting career that has spanned more than 3 decades. During that time, Hank learned that one of the best investments a business can make is hiring the right people. Accolades include being chosen as the State of Tennessee’s psychometrics expert for 6 years assigned to both evaluate and coach Principals (in training) statewide, impacting more than 1,000 future leaders, serving on a committee for Indeed as a super-user to improve the experience for employers, and being a requested speaker on recruitment and hiring strategies. When Hank isn’t busy helping clients gain more top talent, he’s cycling, hiking, or flying family and friends to new destinations.
Robin’s love for sales started in childhood with her interest in calculators and cash registers. It’s no wonder that her career started with NCR Corporation, where she excelled and was selected as one of only two Sales Professionals for the National Swat Team. Robin’s successful sales career spans more than 3 decades in the technology and services industries, where she enjoyed helping clients find solutions, increase revenue, and grow their businesses. She joined RTP to help small businesses with one of the most important decisions facing their company – hiring. Not simply hiring but giving them access to better resources to attract and evaluate top talent, on average for less than half the cost of traditional recruiters. In her free time, Robin enjoys cycling, hiking, and watching Shark Week.
Heather is a native of the Nashville area and like most millennials gravitated towards technology from a young age. After graduating from Mississippi State University, Heather began her career in the software industry. While she enjoyed leveraging technology to help people, she joined RTP to take a more hands-on role helping clients solve problems and find the right people. Heather’s background continues to be instrumental in helping our clients benefit from the latest advances in recruiting technologies. When Heather isn’t evaluating technology and helping clients get the top talent, she’s exercising non-stop, trying new recipes, and watching her favorite sports teams.
